Exchanges and returns
Is your purchase not what you expected? You can return the clothing within 30 days. We take back unworn, unwashed clothing, with the original labels, where possible in the original packaging.
Always register your return via the return portal: https://www.returnform.com/highleytall. In the portal, you select which items you are returning as well as the reason why. You can also indicate whether you want to exchange something.
Highleytall does not offer free returns. Ater registering your return, you can create a shipping label through the portal for a reduced rate.
When your return has been received, the purchase price will be refunded. The refund will be made via the same method as you used to pay for your order.
Are you exchanging an item? After receiving your return, we will send the new clothing to you. The shipping costs of this second shipment are for us. This way we share the costs for the return.
